Warranty limits include a 1,000-miles/30-day waiting period for vehicles over 125,000 miles and/or purchased 14 days prior to purchase of vehicle service contract. Please note that this waiting period isn’t applicable for the following service contracts:
- 3-month/3,000 mile
- 6-month/6,000 mile plans

Engine (Gas or Diesel): The following internally lubricated parts: pistons, piston rings, crankshaft and bearings, timing chain, timing gears, cylinder head intake and exhaust valves, cylinder head gaskets, valve springs, valve guides, oil pump, push rods, rocker arms, rocker arm shafts, and hydraulic and solid lifters, connection rods and rod bearings, camshaft and camshaft bearings. All lubricated internal parts of the vehicle manufacturer installed turbocharger or supercharger.
Transmission (Automatic or Standard): All internally lubricated parts, torque converter and vacuum modulator.
Transfer Case All internally lubricated parts including bearings, sprockets chains, sleeves and gears.
Cooling Radiator, fan, fan clutch and water pump.
Drive Axle All internally lubricated parts contained within the housings including axle shafts.
Items BELOW are NOT INCLUDED in
3-mo/3k-mile, 6-mo/6k-mile, 12-mo/12k-mile, or 24-mo/24k-mile contracts
Air Conditioning Compressor, condenser, evaporator core, expansion valve and blower motor. Accumulator/receiver dryer and orifice tube are also covered when replaced in conjunction with a failed item listed above.
Electrical Alternator, voltage regulator, starter motor, starter solenoid, ignition switch, front and rear wiper motors and switches, headlamp switch, turn signal switch, rear defogger switch, heater/AC blower speed switch, power window motors, and power door lock actuator.
Fuel System Fuel delivery pump, fuel injection pump (except on diesels), and metal fuel delivery lines.
