Request a Client/Dealer Recognition Certificate

Authorized Agents may request that a client dealer be awarded one of four certificates. Only one certificate can be requested with each form submission. All requests must be approved by the Director of Sales.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery from Dealer Services. Your certificate in frame will be shipped in your scheduled agent delivery. Questions? Contact Katie Oliver.

  • Only one certificate may be requested per form submission.
  • A Dealer can receive only one certificate per quarter (every 90 days).
  • Dealers submitted must be active within the past 30 days and be current.
  • Dealer of the Month is limited to one award per territory, per month.
