Freedom Warranty continues to expand and improve its product line with the Vital Protection Plan. Now, your customers can extend coverage on our basic VSC plan by choosing longer terms.

For many years we have offered our basic plan with 3-month/3,000-mile and 6-month/6,000-mile options. Effective March 15, 2022, we have added 12-month/12,000-miles and a 24-month/24,000-mile option.

Component Upgrade Option

Adding even more value to Freedom Warranty products, the Vital Protection Plan now offers a Component Upgrade option.

Our Vital VSC has always included the radiator, radiator fan, fan clutch, and water pump, we have added a Component Upgrade Option with coverage for the starter, starter solenoid, alternator, and AC compressor.

Freedom Warranty Adds Additional Terms to its popular COMPLETE Manufacturer's Extension VSC

Additional Terms Add Even More Value to Freedom Warranty's CPO Product

Freedom Warranty now offers 12, 24, 36, and 48-month terms with our popular flagship product, the COMPLETE Manufacturer’s Extension (CME) option. Vehicles 10 years old or less with under 80k miles are eligible. Traditional 60, 72, and 84-month terms are still available. Coverage expires at 100k or 125k on all terms.

Chris Miller, Freedom Warranty's chief executive officer, said that Dealers nationwide have been suggesting shorter terms be added to Freedom Warranty’s COMPLETE Manufacturer’s Extension option.

The new terms give Dealers more options to meet their customers’ requirements.

"The additional terms now available with the CME option offer even bigger savings versus a traditional VSC. The CME is an odometer expiration contract with coverage expiring at 100k or 125k. All terms start on the day the contract is written and not the vehicle in-service date. Furthermore, the vehicle does not currently have to be under the manufacturer's warranty. The value of the product is virtually incomparable," Miller explained.

"We always listen closely to our Dealer Advisory Council and its suggestion to add shorter terms made sense. We're excited to introduce them just in time for third quarter 2021."

Option Adds Superior Coverage, Competitive Pricing

The CME option adds the Entertainment Package, Sensor Upgrade, Suspension Upgrade, and Enhanced Labor Rate without the usual surcharges.

In addition, the list of exclusions is greatly reduced making the CME one the most comprehensive contracts in the industry. The CME gives your customer superior coverage at a competitive price.

The CME gives dealers the opportunity to offer a manufacturer’s Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) type product. Authorized Freedom Warranty Dealers with access to the company's proprietary online dashboard, can generate custom quotes for buyers and demonstrate the new option.

Freedom Warranty Debuts BHPH VSC Program at NAIAD/NABD Show

(CHATTANOOGA, TN) Freedom Warranty will be debuting a new Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) program at the 2019 NIADA/NABD show, set for June 17-20 in Las Vegas. The new program is designed exclusively for Buy Here-Pay Here (BHPH) automobile dealers.

The BHPH program offers dealers the ability to earn additional interest, increase receivables with no additional outlay, and include the VSC in the customer’s monthly payment; just like a traditional car loan, except the dealer earns the interest, not the bank.

The program gives dealers an extra $1,800 on a 36-month deal. No other VSC program in the industry offers this kind of opportunity to the BHPH dealer without the risk of chargebacks or cancelation fees.

A Built-In VSC Keeps Customers Running

Freedom Warranty announced PROJECT 2019, a major initiative to provide financial and promotional support to Independent Automobile Dealer Associations.

Chris Miller, Chief Executive Officer of Freedom Warranty made the announcement this week at the MidAtlantic Regional Independent Automobile Dealers Association's Annual Convention and Expo in Bethlehem, PA.

"We are very excited to share the news that our company is going to make a significant investment in the Independent Automobile Dealer Associations where we hold memberships," said Miller. "Project 2019 is an umbrella program that will leverage our marketing dollars in those states where we have good relationships with associations that help us connect with our dealer clients."

Project 2019 Reaches Out to Associations

Freedom Warranty Project 2019Miller said the Project 2019 initiative is part of Freedom Warranty's aggressive expansion program in the coming year that will include opening new states and introducing new and innovative products in the Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) industry.

Miller said Freedom Warranty is reaching out to state and regional organizations that provide ongoing professional education, networking, and other resources to its Independent Automobile Dealer members.

Volvo moves from the E to the D column on Freedom Warranty's Vehicle Classification list. The change is effective September 6, 2018.
